Sheikh Hasin Abrar
Average teen with love for Physics & Astronomy
Hello, I am Sheikh Abrar, a high school senior based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with a strong background in physics and astronomy. I have represented Bangladesh in the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA 2024), and I currently serve as an academic team member at Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (BDOAA) as well as a coach for the astronomy olympiad teams of NDESC Interstellar. My research interests include exoplanets and radio astronomy, with a current focus on the Transient Array Radio Telescope (TART). At present, I am working on developing new imaging algorithms for TART to detect transient events, including satellites, near-Earth objects, and high-energy cosmic rays. Beyond astronomy, I love world history and literature.
